With this masterbatch, it only needs to be added to the raw materials without any adjustment to the production process of the product, and the cutting problems such as bubbles，moir，cracks，spots，etc. caused by moisture can be eliminated.
- The masterbatch and the damp plastic raw materials are directly mixed evenly and then the product processing and production operations can be carried out. lf it is used in blow molding production operations, the addition ratio of pyridine is 1%-2%. lf it is used in sheet and injection molding production operations, the addition ratio is 2%~5%. The specific addition ratio should be added according to the moisture content of the plastic and the user’s discretion.
- Nylon vacuum bag packaging, double-layer bag sealing packaging, paper-plastic composite bag packaging, 5kg/bag, 25kg/carton bag, do not allow the product to contact the air for a long time, avoid sun exposure and rain.
- Avoid moisture absorption of this masterbatch before use;
- Before use, it is better to use it according to the production volume;
- Do not heat and dry with damp plastics, so as to avoid quality defects in the quality of the finished products;
- Check whether the package is in good condition before opening the package, and heat-seal the unused masterbatch as soon as possible.
